Xiaomi is no stranger to the Indian television market, with a wide range of products available. Although we haven’t seen many Redmi TVs in the region, Xiaomi’s sub-brand is upping the ante with the Redmi X series of smart TVs. Therefore, now even Redmi has entered the TV market in India which the launch of Redmi X TV in India.
Redmi X Series – Specifications
The X50, X55, and X65 are the three models in the Redmi X series. You’ll find 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch models, as the model names suggest.
Fortunately, the screen size is the only significant difference between these TVs. Aside from that, all of the models have a 4K HDR resolution, support for HDR10+/HDR10/Dolby Vision/HLG, a quad-core Cortex-A55 processor (with Mali-G52 MP2 GPU), 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.
The TVs also have eARC support, two 15W speakers, DTS-HD, and DTS Virtual:X capabilities, which can be allowed with a firmware upgrade.
Three HDMI 2.1 ports, Xiaomi’s PatchWall UI atop Android TV 10, and AV1 decoding are among the other prominent Redmi X series applications. Redmi also promises a wide range of app services, including Netflix, Disney Plus, Hotstar, Prime Video, among others.

Xiaomi has announced after the launch of Redmi X TV in India series TVs will be available for purchase on Amazon, Mi Home/Studio retailers, and Xiaomi’s own website starting at 12 p.m. IST on March 26.
The 50-inch model will set you back Rs 32,999 ($455), the 55-inch model will set you back Rs 38,999 ($537), and the 65-inch TV will set you back Rs 57,999 ($799).
