Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has now revealed the Redmi Band at the time of the Xiaomi Mi Fan Festival 2020 event in China. The key highlight of the Redmi Band is its price and integrates USB plug for easy charging like recently launched by the Realme Band, Huawei Band 4, and Honor Band 5i.
Redmi Band Specifications
The all-new band sports with a color display. Talking about some other features, it supports various activity recorders such as running, walking, and cycling. It also has heart rate monitoring and sleeps tracking. The Band comes with 70 personalized dial face options, and it has arrived in four different wristband options.
The key highlight of the band is its integrated USB connector, which even allows the charging of the band by simply plugging into a USB charger. Also, the company claims that the Redmi band will deliver around 14 days of backup on just a single charge. Just like the Mi Bands and some other fitness bands, the Redmi Band also has Android compatibility to connect with any Android smartphones.
Redmi Band Price, Availability
The Band comes with a price tag of INR 1100 in China. Moreover, it will be available under a crowdfunding campaign of around INR 1000. The crowdfunding campaign for the Band will go live in China from April 9. Even though there is no word on the global launch of the Band, we expect the band to make debut in other countries, including India, very soon.
The company is soon also going to reveal a new Band with the same sort of specifications at a reasonable cost.
