India’s largest digital wallet and payment solutions supplier Paytm saw tremendous growth following the demonetization drive from the country. Since that time, the program has surpassed 100 million downloads around the Play Store and the organization has introduced a host of new features to this stage.
Following the initiation of the new zero balance accounts for its Paytm Payments Bank along with the rollout of a new Paytm Cash feature for cashbacks, the business has introduced a standalone business program for its retailer partners.
In a current blog post, the business announced the introduction of the brand new ‘Paytm for Business’ program on the Google Play Store. According to the business, the brand new program will allow merchant and business partners of Paytm to “track payments instantly, browse through the past collections and monitor settlements made for their preferred bank accounts” The program will also allow users to create their own Paytm QR code, which is used for fast and easy payments.
The Paytm for Business program provides merchants a paperless and instant way to get on board the community and accept payments with no commission charges. The program is available in over 10 regional languages, which makes it more accessible to this end-user.
Together with the program, merchants will be able to look at their transactions without needing to await a confirmation email or SMS.
The program will also allow merchants to undergo frequent concerns, raise whined tickets, and receive priority access to Paytm’s committed Merchant Helpdesk from inside the program.
