The Nubia Red Magic 5G has been launched in China. The smartphone has been priced at the cost of INR 40265 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB of storage. It comes in the three color options of Neon, Mars Red, and Black.

The Red Magic 5G is the first smartphone across the globe with a refresh rate of 144Hz. It sports a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display also has a TUV Rheinland certification for protection with blue light. The smartphone is supported by a Snapdragon 865 with the Adreno 650GPU with around 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and around 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage.

The Red Magic 5G is equipped with a shoulder trigger with a 300Hz touch sampling rate. It comes with a cooling fan with a maximum speed of around 15000 RPM that can help to reduce the CPU temperature by around 18C. The company also claims that this improved cooling system increases heat dissipation by 56%.
In the photography department, the smartphone has a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor with 1/1.72” Sony IMX686 sensor, an aperture of f/1.8, LED flash, 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. It has a 12MP front-facing camera. The smartphone has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Nubia Red Magic 5G runs on Android 10 with the RedMagic OS, and it is fuelled by a battery capacity of 4500mAh with 55W fast charging.
Some of the connectivity options on the smartphone include the Dual 4G VoLTE, 5G NSA & SA, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1 GPS, 3.55mm headphone jack, USB Type-C, GPS + GLONASS.
Some of the dimensions are 168.56x78x9.75mm, and the weighs around 218 grams.
