Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite smartphone India launch has been confirmed through the Flipkart listing. The smartphone will launch in the country on the 21st of May. The smartphone is spotted on Flipkart, meaning it will be available for purchase on Flipkart only.

As per the eCommerce platform, the device will pack a huge battery as the teaser image suggests ‘ultimate power.’

To recall, the same phone as launched in Europe last month for the EUR 169 that is approx. 13870. Even though the Flipkart listing has not revealed the pricing and availability details of the smartphone, we expect the brand to disclose these details on the 21st of May. The phone will go on sale in Royal Blue and Arctic Blue color options. The company has already confirmed to launch the flagship Motorola Edge+ in India on the 19th of May.

Moto G8 Power Lite Specifications

On the specifications part, Moto G8 Power Lite sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Supporting the handset is a 2.3GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with the IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with a RAM of 3GB and 64GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable to around 256GB of MicroSD card slot. On the software front, the smartphone runs on the Android 9 Pie OS.

On the photography department, the Moto G8 Power Lite flaunts a triple rear camera setup at its rear with a 16MP primary lens with LED flash, an aperture of f/2.0, a 2MP macro lens with an aperture of f/2.4 and a 2cm focal length and a depth sensor of 2MP with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, there is an 8MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.

Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, and dual SIM support. The device measures 164.94 x 75.76 x 9.2mm, and it weighs 200 grams.
