Upgrade/Downgrade iTunes 184.108.40.206 from local IPSW files 2019: You can easily downgrade your iTunes to the later version if you are not on the latest beta update. If you are on the latest update the downgrade feature will not be available for you.
According to reports, iTune 12.8.2 is working fine and you can easily perform the local restore using this version. You can download v12.8.2 from this link. This will redirect you to the official page of Apple.
The only limitation which this version is facing is that it doesn’t support in macOS Mojave.

USE THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
