    Install macOS High Sierra 10.13 on Windows on VMWare

    So Apple Announced it Successor of macOS Sierra which is macOS High Sierra.
    And all the Mac user will get a free update of that newer version of macOS
    and If you are Windows users and Want to Experience how it looks and
    want to use its features and Performance.

    So hey guys my name is kashif and
    in this Post
    I’m going to show to how you can install macOS high Sierra 10.13 on Windows

    So Lets Gets Started.

    After downloading the files extract them and install VMware from here.

    Extract the All Tool zip file and Open the folder
    and Extract Patch tool zip file
    navigate to Patch tool Folder which we extracted
    and right click on win install and select Run as administrator,
    when the windows ask your permission click Yes.
    This will unlock or start VMware services of Mac
    so that you can choose and install Mac on VMware.

    Step 1# Create a New Virtual Machine

    Open VMware Player or Workstation then select ìCreate new virtual machine,
    In this step, you’ve to select I will install the operating system later and click Next.

    #4. Here you just need to select Apple Mac OS X as operating system and choose 10.12
    from OS X version then click Next.

    #5. Customize your virtual machine name and location for the installation like the shot and hit Next.

    #6. Select Store Virtual Disk as single files. and click on next.

    #7. Everything is ready now,
    customize hardware if needed or finalize the virtual machine settings creation by hitting Finish.

    Step 2# Edit the Virtual Machine & Replace the VM Hard Disk

    When the virtual machine created, point out your mouse on Edit virtual machine settings and click on it.

    Notice: After the virtual machine has been created, don’t turn it on
    otherwise, you might lose the virtual machine and begin the steps from the beginning.

    Now here you can increase memory, processor if your system allows you and
    then select Hard Disk option and click Remove. When the hard disk removed,
    click Add then select Hard Disk and click Next.

    On this page, let all things by default, just click Next.
    Here you need to select use an existing virtual disk and click Next.

    Now browse the VMDK file of MacOS High Sierra from the extracted folder
    that you had downloaded then click Finish then click Ok on virtual machine settings.

    Step 3# Edit the Virtual Machine (VMX) & Write Down the Command

    It’s time to edit the VMX file of the virtual machine,
    to do that navigate to the macOS Sierra virtual machine files you had created
    and right-click on it and open it with Notepad or Notepad++.
    I will recommend you to use Notepad++

    When the file opened, scroll to the end and type the command down then press Ctrl+S to save it.

    smc.version = ì0î

    Note: If you got the error later saying the value 0 in Smc.version = ì0î is not valid,
    take away the quotations and it will work.

    Smc.version = 0

    Step #4 Install macOS high Sierra 10.13 on VMware

    All you’ve done is right till now and what your going to do next is just powering on the VM,
    just click on the button above Power on this virtual machine.

    When the VM powered on,
    on the first screen you’ll see the welcome page,
    choose your country then click Continue. This installation is similar to other OS X installation, so just enjoy.

    Now choose a keyboard layout and hit Continue.
    Select Don’t transfer any information now and hit enter.
    Itís your choice whether you allow or disallow location services, choose one and click Continue.
    On this page, sign in with your Apple ID otherwise select Don’t sign in and Continue.
    Read the Terms and conditions fully and click Agree.

    Step #5 Personalize Your Mac

    So let’s personalize our Mac by filling out the required details then Continue.

    Watch out, it isnít finished its the final one,
    help Apple to improve its products and services automatically by having Diagnostics & Usage just hit Continue.

    After continuing, you’ll exactly be in MacOS High Sierra and finally, you’ve got your final result.

    Step #6 Get Full Screen in macOS High Sierra.

    Now Mount VM Tool.iso to VMware Player.
    Click Player ñ Removable Devices ñ CD/DVD ñ SettingÖ

    Install Vmware Tool on High Sierra on VMware:

    the installation will take a moment to install,
    and here’s what youíll see but you have to restart the virtual machine in order to complete the process.

    Once the virtual machine restarted,
    you’ll have all the enhancements and user experiences also
    pro and have fixed the screen resolution + speed like in this video.
    Also, you can drag & drop from guest OS to VM or from VM to guest OS and use mouse better than before.
