Honor has launched Honor 30S smartphone in China, which is the first to be supported by its Kirin 820 5G SoC. The Honor 30S is priced at the cost of INR 25470 for the 128GB of storage, and 256GB of storage costs INR 28655. It comes in the three color options of Blue, Green, and Black.

Honor 30S features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD 2.5D curved glass display with pixels of 2400 X 1080 and HDR10 certification. It comes with a new 7nm Kirin 820 processor with ARM Mali-G57MP6 GPU. Honor 30S will be able to support both the Standalone and Non-Standalone 5G modes. The phone comes with a RAM of 8GB and 256GB of internal storage.

In the photography department, the Honor 30S houses a quad-camera setup along with the LED flash. It comprises of a 64MP main shooter with an aperture of f/1.8, 8MP telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.4, 3x optical zoom, 8MP 120 ultra-wide lens with an aperture of f/2.4, as well as a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, as well as a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4. It has a 16MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and video calling with an aperture of f/2.0.

The smartphone is backed by a 4000mAh battery with support for the super-fast charging that can charge the smartphone to 70% in 30 minutes. It runs on the Magic UI 3.1.1 on top of Android 10 OS and has HUAWEI Mobile Services instead of the Google Play Services. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Connectivity features include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack. The phone measures 162.31 x 75.0 x 8.58mm, and it around weighs 190 grams.
